In this episode Lauren Neuman E-RYT discusses the requirements of the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training she created and offers four times per year and it's various options. Discussed is the length of the program, 15 weeks, and its size, roughly the size of one college semester full time, and its world wide accreditation with Yoga Alliance. The content from the first week of lecture of the program is included, discussing styles of yoga, descriptions of typically offered studio yoga classes as well as the history of Patanjali and the ancient language of Sanskrit.
